1. Preparing for change
2. Implement change This stage includes activities such as briefings, demos, change champions briefing, engagement activities. The change management workstream will need to be integrated to the project team/technology team to be able to fluidly pass on operational and assumptive concerns to be addressed.
3. Facilitate adoption This stage starts prior to technical training. The tech training approach and plans are reviewed from a learning perspective. Activities can include: attending a sample of training to address gaps, post training workshops; check in with Change Champions Network; assessing support, resources, helpdesk availability for go-live, planning transition phase.
